Most of the boat slips for sale are in the Middle Keys, just a few in the Upper Keys and some more expensive slips down in Key West.  There are no slips for sale in the Lower Keys.

12411 and 12399 Overseas Highway, Marathon – Wet slips and dry rack storage.

Wet Slips – allows for 5 consecutive overnight stays for a total of 10 days in a 30 day period.

 

Sombrero Marina

35 Sombrero Blvd – Liveaboards permitted.  Located on Boot Key Harbor, great location with good protection and deep water dockage.

“A” slips are on owned baybottom, “B” slips are on leased baybottom with the State of Florida.  Restaurant and bar on site, live music, showers, restrooms, laundry.

Bonefish Marina 

97 Coco Plum Drive – Liveaboards permitted. Located on the oceanside, in Coco Plum. Protected location, deep water.  Water, electric hook ups, clubhouses, showers, full time dockmaster.

Coco Plum Yacht Club

100 Avenue I – Liveaboards permitted.  Quiet marina located oceanside on Coco Plum.  Sewer hook-up, water, electric and cable available. Laundry facilities and bath house on premises. Designated parking for one vehicle, plus guest parking.

Harbour Cay

1466 Overseas Hwy – Liveaboards permitted. Located on the Gulfside, gated marina of only 24 owners. This is a cooperative.  Fully Equipped workshop, clubhouse with full kitchen, living area, and laundry. More.  Large apartment available for owners and guests, pump out for each slip.
