I have been a licensed Florida real estate agent since 2001 and have spent my career selling real estate in the Middle Keys. I specialize in residential property and am also well educated in all aspects of vacant land and the building process. I have been one of the top salespersons every year since 2001, I am also a member of the Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate Elite Agent Circle (top 100 agents Keys-wide). My Personal Background: I was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and grew up in Newport News, VA and Gwynn’s Island, VA, then moving to Dayton, OH at age 14, where I attended Archbishop Alter High School in Kettering. I spent lots of time in the Keys (Marathon) as a kid (about 3 times a year) and moved permanently to the Keys in the summer of 1989. I worked for Coldwell Banker Schmitt as the broker’s assistant and then as the Marketing Director before getting my real estate license in 2001.I have been married to my husband, Jerry, since 1991. Jerry joined me in my real estate business in 2013 as my Marketing Director and Photographer. He takes beautiful and professional photographs of all my listings. We have two boys; Alex, 21, who attends the University of South Florida in Tampa, and Dima, 18, who attends high school.
