I have lived in Marathon since 1989 and have been selling real estate here since 2001. As a teenager, I came to the Keys three times a year to visit family. So I feel like I almost grew up here. It’s also where I also met my husband, Jerry and where we are raising our two teenage boys. It is home. I like the small town feel of our town and how I can get in the car and drive to the grocery store in 5 minutes! And to work in 5 minutes! No traffic, no rush hour. It’s great. I can go to the store in my shorts and t-shirt or in a beach cover-up. No problem. It’s an easy-going lifestyle that just makes life easier.
